Kyrgyzstan harvested 10,500 tons of vegetables as of June 8

AKIPRESS.COM - Gross yield of early vegetables and fruits amounted to 9,128 tons for today, which is 3,700 tons less than in 2020, said the Ministry of Agriculture. Vegetables, potatoes and fruits are harvested in Kadamjay, Leilek, Aravan and Kara-Suu districts of Batken region.
As of June 8, the country harvested 10,500 tons of vegetables and 2,977 tons of fruits.
Potatoes were harvested on 629 hectares, which is 418 hectares less than last year. The average yield was 148.8 c/ha, gross yield was 9,128 tons, which is 3700 tons less than in 2020.
