Delegation from Uzbekistan arrives in Jalal-Abad

AKIPRESS.COM - A 50 member delegation from Namangan region of Uzbekistan arrived in Jalal-Abad, Turmush reported.
The delegation was greeted by region vice governor Mamasaly Akmatov and other local government officials, local residents at the Madaniyat border crossing point in Nooken district.
The business forum is planned during this visit.
"We arrived in Jalal-Abad region on official visit today. The roadmaps of two countries were created during the previous meeting of Presidents Sadyr Japarov and Shavkat Mirziyoyev in Tashkent. The issues of cooperation between Namangan and Jalal-Abad regions were raised. Lots of meetings were held between representatives of two countries for the last several years, however the decisions made at those meetings remained just on paper. However, cooperation intensified during the last several years," Namangan region governor Shavkatjan Abdrazakov said.
"Namangan region is known in Uzbekistan as the region with developed entrepreneurnship, including textile production. Around 30 entrepeneurs active in textile business came with us today. Entrepeneurs of two regions will have possibility to establish cooperation for 2 days of stay in Jalal-Abad. I believe ordinary people will benefit from cooperation. China and Russia are close to us. If we work together, we will improve export," the Namangan region governor added.
The delegation of Uzbekistan will visit several enterprises in Jalal-Abad and Suzak district.
