Mongolia finishes wheat sowing campaign

AKIPRESS.COM - As of June 8, sowing has been made to 437.7 thousand hectares nationwide, of which grain is at 96 percent (wheat at 96.1 percent), potatoes at 74.9 percent, vegetables at 58.9 percent, fodder plants at 17.1 percent, and oil plants at 82.6 percent, Montsame reports. Per the Government's decision to issue soft loans of MNT 100 billion through commercial banks in the framework of the MNT 10 trillion comprehensive plan aimed at economic recovery and health protection, loans amounting to MNT 17.5 billion have been issued to 386 citizens and entities in the farming sector.
