Supporters of MPs Jeenbekov and Zulpukarov, including ex-president's brother, gather near court

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek city court is considering the motion of the defense team to change the arrest of MPs Asylbek Jeenbekov and Torobay Zulpukarov.
More than 50 people gathered near the court claiming themselves to be supporters of Zulpukarov and Jeenbekov.
Asylbek Jeenbekov and ex-president Sooronbai Jeenbekov's brother, Jusupbek Sharipov, also came to the court.
Jeenbekov and Zulpukarov were detained on July 31 and taken to the National Security Committee detention facility as part of the criminal probe into corruption at various stages of the Kumtor mine development.
Jusupbek Sharipov is the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in Ukraine and Moldova.
