Import of cars increased by 22.8% in 4 months

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign trade turnover of Kyrgyzstan in January-April 2021 amounted to $2.084 bn growing by 13.9% yoy, according to the National Statistics Committee. Imports amounted to $1,493.9 million, which is by 26.2% more than in 2020.
The increase of the imports in January-April of 2021 was caused by the increase of the import of cars by 22.8%, plastic and plastic products by 21%, timber and wood products by 18.4%.
