Kyrgyz Ambassador participates in Central Asia-Republic of Korea Cooperation Forum

AKIPRESS.COM - On June 30, the 9th Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Secretariat of the Central Asia - Republic of Korea Cooperation Forum was held in Seoul with Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Dinara Kemelova in attendance, the foreign ministry said. The Forum promotes cooperation between the Central Asian countries and South Korea in the field of transport and logistics, innovation industry, energy, agriculture, environmental protection, healthcare and education and other areas.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the current situation and prospects of interaction within the framework of the Forum, in particular, the Kyrgyz side proposed in the future to implement projects on a green economy (including green energy), on the development of regions, railway and aviation infrastructure, smart farms and agricultural processing.
The meeting participants also exchanged views on the holding of the 14th Cooperation Forum at the ministerial level this year.
