Kyrgyzstan can't reintroduce lockdown - Health Minister

AKIPRESS.COM - "Introduction of lockdown in Kyrgyzstan will lead to a big economic crisis. The state will be unable to pay salaries, pensions, benefits," Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told Birinchi Radio. "We can't introduce lockdown. On the contrary, we opened a tourist season at Lake Issyk-Kul. You see, we have not that much daily cases in Issyk-Kul region, additional hospital beds were prepared there," the Health Minister stated.
The Health Minister urged to respect COVID-19 preventive measures.
