First ever Kyrgyz Cinema stand opens at Cannes Film Market

AKIPRESS.COM - The first ever Kyrgyz Cinema stand opened at the Cannes Film Market, film critic Gulbara Tolomushova told AKIpress.
Kyrgyz stand is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of national cinematography. Curators Gulmira Kerimova and Gulkair Tilenbaeva are telling the visitors about the past and present of Kyrgyz cinema presenting the best films of 2020 "Shambala", "Akyrky Koch", and "Ozero".
Composition of the Kyrgyz delegation to the Cannes Film Festival include Gulmira Kerimova, Gulkair Tilenbaeva, Gulbara Tolomushova, Asel Sherniyazova, Elnura Osmonalieva, Erke Jumakmatova, Aizhan Chynybaeva, Manas Kaldarov.
