AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Health of Israel suggests adding Uzbekistan and Belarus to the list of countries with the highest risks following evaluation of COVID-19 situation there as of July 6. In case the government endorses the suggestion, these countries will be added to the list since July 12.
The highest risk countries will include Uzbekistan, Argentine, Belarus, Brazil, South Africa, India, Mexico, Russia.
Nationals of Israel and permanent residents are prohibited to travel to the countries with the highest risk and anyone arriving from these countries (of any age, including those who recovered from COVID-19 and inoculated) should observe quarantine.
The move will remain in effect until July 25 and may be extended depending upon COVID-19 prevalence rate in each of the countries.
