AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan recorded a record of 4,375 daily new cases of the coronavirus, the Health Ministry said on July 14. Nur-Sultan city sees spike in daily cases - 1,131, Karaganda region registered 451 cases, Almaty city - 445, West Kazakhstan - 216, Shymkent - 125, Pavlodar - 103, 98 cases were reported in Atyrau region, 77 in East Kazakhstan region, 58 in Almaty region, 49 in Aktobe region, 48 in Akmola region, 43 in Kostanay region, 36 in Zhambyl region, 31 in Turkestan region, 20 in North Kazakhstan region, 18 in Kyzylorda region, and 10 in Mangistau region.
The country's total COVID-19 tally stands at 466,792.
56 people died a day from the coronavirus infection and 3 others died of coronavirus-pneumonia, said the Ministry of Health.
As of July 14, 45,282 people are being treated from the coronavirus, 14,698 of whom are hospitalized and 30,584 are outpatients.
880 patients are in severe, 198 in extremely severe condition and 116 are put on ventilator.
2,960 people have recovered from the coronavirus, 418,228 in total.
