Foreign tourists with COVID-19 taken to Semetei observation point outside Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - In case foreign tourists spending vacations at Issyk-Kul test positive for coronavirus infection, they are sent to Semetei observation point outside Bishkek, Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said today in Parliament.
Air companies won't allow a tourist with positive PCR test result to board the plane, he said.
There 100 beds prepared in Semetei observation, on the territory of former US base at Manas Airport.
This point was used as makeshift hospital last summer.
