Parade of Nations at Tokyo Olypimpcs to be held at empty stadium

AKIPRESS.COM - The information that organizers of the summer Olympics in Tokyo decided to cancel the traditional parade of nations at the opening ceremony is untrue, Sport AKIpress was told in the National Olympic Committee.
"The parade of athletes will be held, but at empty stadium without spectators," National Olympic Committee Secretary General Salamat Ergeshov said.
The press service of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus said earlier the parade of athletes won't take place.
The ceremony of opening of the Olympic Games will be held on July 23 at the National Olympic Stadium.
