Coronavirus infection suspected as cause of 46yo woman's death in Bishkek after vaccination

AKIPRESS.COM - The woman who died in the toxicology department of the Bishkek Trauma and Othopedic Surgery Hospital might have had coronavirus infection, Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told AKIpress. "She had coronavirus infection and perhaps for this reason complications developed. However, the autopsy results are pending and it is early yet to talk about causes of death. Additional information will be provided later," the Health Minister said.
46-year-old Nazgul Isakova was transported to hospital with allergic reaction. Relatives say she died because of Sputnik V vaccine. The Health MInistry set up a commission to investigate teh case.
Nazgul Isakova did not have contraindications in the moment of vaccination with Sputnik V, Choro Sataev, deputy director of the Family Medicine Center, where the woman received a shot, said.
