AKIPRESS.COM - Activist Jenish Moldokmatov was transferred from the remand prison #1 to the detention facility of the Bishkek police department, AKIpress was told in the State Penitentiary Service on July 29.
The activist was transferred on July 23 on the basis of resolution of the investigator of the Interior Ministry's investigation service.
He will remain in the detention facility for 10 days.
Jenish Moldokmatov was detained on May 6 and taken to the remand prison then.
The activist is accused of organization of mass disorders.
"My cilent was accused of seizure of the National Security Committee's building during post-election unrest in October 2020. But he was not there. Then the changed accusations and said he is suspected of organization of mass disorders," lawyer Kantemir Turdaliev said.
