Prosecuted judge of Oktyabrsky court left Kyrgyzstan

Prosecuted judge of Oktyabrsky District Court left Kyrgyzstan. Sources in the court informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, Ernis Chotkaraev disappeared in October 2018, when the Supreme Court wrote a statement against him to the Disciplinary Commission of the Council of Judges.
A criminal case was initiated against Ernis Chotkaraev.
According to the results of consideration of the decision of the Disciplinary Commission under the Council of Judges, a criminal case has been opened against the judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek and other workers for destruction of administrative materials for 2017-2018.
They are also accused of embezzling 4.7 million soms, intended to pay fines for driving a car in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication.
The Main Investigation Department of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic was entrusted with pre-trial proceedings. Location of Ernis Chotkaraev is being found out.
