91 innovative schools function in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Apr. 12, 2019. / Kabar /. Within the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the President of Kyrgyzstan on the development of regions and the Concept of Regional Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic has begun the formation of educational clusters in the regions, the press service of the Ministry reported.
Currently, with the support of the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank projects, there are 91 innovative schools functioning in Kyrgyzstan.
Of these, every third is already equipped with the latest generation of computers, multi-functional devices, server hardware, interactive whiteboards and a video conferencing system.
The tasks of these schools include approbation of e-learning, piloting the introduction of multimedia and electronic technologies, remote training of teachers.
These schools are expected to become regional educational clusters and will contribute to the development of areas in general.
