Jeenbekov expresses sympathy in connection with devastating fire in Notre Dame

After the official welcoming ceremony, Kyrgyzstan President Sooronbay Jeenbekov and German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier expressed their condolences to French President Emmanuel Macron in connection with the devastating fire in the Cathedral of Notre Dame, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
"Please accept my sincere condolences in connection with the devastating fire in Notre Dame de Paris. Notre Dame is the shrine of world cultural heritage. On behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and on my own behalf, I ask you to convey deep condolences to the entire French people in connection with this huge loss for Paris and France," said Jeenbekov.
