12 organized crime gang members were arrested in Bishkek in 3 months

AKIPRESS.COM - 12 organized crime gang members were arrested in Bishkek in the first quarter of 2019. It was told during the Bishkek police department's meeting on results of their work for Q1.
During the meeting, the participants noted that the police department conducts active operational search activities to identify, suppress and prevent various criminal groups in the capital.
As a result of operational search activities to fight drug trafficking, the law enforcement bodies solved 56 drug-related crimes.
In the first quarter of 2019, police stations of Bishkek received 27,693 calls and messages from citizens.
