Collection of signatures to reduce the electoral pledge started in Kyrgyzstan. Chairman of Jaratman El party, Rasul Tuleev, announced today at a press conference at 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the pledge for political parties should be reduced from 5 million soms to 1 million.
