Kyrgyzstan resumed full-scale work of its diplomatic mission in Afghanistan. The Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov told journalists.

In addition, the parties agreed to establish an intergovernmental commission that would work on the implementation and promotion of projects in the trade and economic sphere. Countries are working out the issues of export of electricity from Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan.
The issue of construction of a railway from China through Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan was also raised.
Salahuddin Rabbani thanked Kyrgyzstan and stressed that the country was an important partner in the field of security and cooperation in the region.
