MPs Asel Koduranova and Irina Karamushkina show up at trial of 2 former mayors

AKIPRESS.COM - Pervomay district court of Bishkek is due to hear the case of ex-mayors of Bishkek Kubanychbek Kulmatov and Albek Ibraimov.
MPs Asel Koduranova and Irina Karamushkina showed up at the trial. Public figure Toktayim Umetaliyeva also came to trial, she was earlier excluded from the list of participants of the trial. Umetaliyeva was a public defender.
Kulmatov is charged with alleged misuse of $2 million grant from Chinese company TBEA meant for the construction of 2 schools in regions. Ex-mayor Albek Ibraimov was also charged within this school case.
