On April 23, social media users in Kyrgyzstan shared the photos of government officials fallen asleep at the meeting on digitization with participation of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov. The sleeping government officials were caught on camera during the first telecommunication forum "Digital Kyrgyzstan: Development of Regions" held in Osh on April 22.
The forum was attended by heads and staff of government agencies of Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad regions, IT specialists, representatives of NGOs and international organizations.
