AKIPRESS.COM - Governor of Jalal-Abad region Kyianbek Satybaldiyev commented on the reports that he allegedly fell asleep during the meeting with participation of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov in Osh. On April 23, social media users in Kyrgyzstan shared the photos of government officials fallen asleep at the meeting on digitization with participation of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov. The sleepy officials were caught on camera during the first telecommunication forum "Digital Kyrgyzstan: Development of Regions" held in Osh on April 22.
"This is a very responsible work for us. We actively participated in the forum, listened to the President's speech. There was no opportunity to fall asleep. I just blinked when the photo was taken. You can watch the video, it proves it. Photos capture different moments. I think that making decisions based on one photo is incorrect," said Satybaldiyev.
