President Jeenbekov attends reception hosted by President Xi Jinping and his spouse

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov on April 26 attended the opening ceremony of the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing, the president's press service reported. President Jeenbekov met member of the Communist party's Politburo Standing Committee Wang Huning, met with top manager of several Chinese companies interested in economic and investment cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.
The President also met scholars from the World History Institute of the Academy of Social Sciences of China and discussed joint study of archive materials on history of Kyrgyzstan.
The President then attended the reception hosted by President Xi Jinping and his spouse Peng Liyuan in honor of delegations attending the Second Belt and Road Forum.
