President Mirziyoyev suggests thorough fares for railway transportation from Yellow Sea to Europe via Central Asia

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his address to the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Coperation suggested introduction of thorough fares for railway transportation from the Yellow Sea to Europe through Central Asia.
International and regional connections remain actual for Central Asia, landlocked Uzbekistan among them. Uzbekistan has supported One Belt and Road Initiative since the beginning. Implementation of this initiative is an important factor for sustainable development of our countries, President Mirziyoyev said.
The President voiced several initiatives on transportation and logistical potential of Central Asia, achievement of food security through green economy, development of tourism, joint solution of ecological problems and other relevant issues.
