Kyrgyz-Chinese border to be closed on May 1 - 5

Bishkek, Apr. 27, 2019. / Kabar /. The border between Kyrgyzstan and China will be closed from May 1 to May 5, the Public Relations and Media Department of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
"At the initiative of the Chinese side, in connection with the celebration of the Spring and Labor Festival, the Torugart and Irkeshtam checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border will be temporarily closed from May 1 to May 5, 2019," the report said.
