Strategy of Education Development until 2030 discussed in Bishkek

Bishkek Apr. 30, 2019 /Kabar/. Bishkek hosted a discussion of the Strategy for Education Development until 2030 with the participation of Minister of Education and Science Gulmira Kudaiberdieva, expert and donor communities, the press service of the Ministry of Education reported.
During the discussion the minister of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic outlined the goals and priorities of the Strategy of Education Development in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021 - 2030.
"The goal of the Strategy is to create conditions for efficient use of internal and external resources for sustainable development of the education system, equality of access and quality of educational services. Based on these objectives, cross-cutting thematic (substantive) lines have been identified that integrate all levels of education. Namely, the content of education focused on the development of skills and competencies of each learner; digitalization of education (both information and communication technology skills training and creation of e-learning environment, the use of distance and other technologies and the formation of digital management); professional development of teachers; inclusive education; assessment of learning outcomes (combination of self-assessment of educational organizations at all levels and external assessment, including - within the framework of accreditation) and the creation of an effective and safe learning environment," Gulmira Kudaiberdieva said.
The document included measures from the National Development Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2040, the programs of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2022, as well as such documents as the Concept of Regional Development, the Concept of Digital Transformation Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023, participation in the PISA program, work on the program "3-200-2040", which aims to bring our three universities into the top 200 best universities in the world, etc.
