Bishkek, May 2, 2019. / Kabar /. The State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic received 51 applications from citizens and legal entities from January to March of the current year, the press service of the State Tax Service reported.
14 of them were e-mailed, 20 in writing form, 15 through the "hotline" and 2 through the media.
10 complaints out of 51 concerned violations of tax legislation by business entities, 19 - illegal actions of tax officials, and the remaining 21 - other issues.
All the appeals were considered in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the course of the official audits out of 19 reports on illegal actions of tax officials the facts were not confirmed on 6 cases, on 4 - were confirmed, and 9 are under consideration.
1 staff member received a severe reprimand, 1 more reprimand and 2 more were reprimanded as a result of the measures taken.
In the course of the audit 2 facts of violation of tax legislation by taxpayers were confirmed out of 10 appeals and appropriate measures were taken against the violators. The facts were not confirmed on 5 reports, and 3 are under consideration.
The State Tax Service reminds that in order to timely and promptly consider the appeals of citizens, the "hotline" 61-31-89 works, e-mail info@sti.gov.kg for receiving electronic appeals is widely used.
Citizens can contact the State Tax Service in any form convenient for them - written, oral or electronic.
According to the received complaints and appeals, the State Tax Service conducts internal investigations, inspections, raid tax control and time-keeping surveys for subsequent appropriate action.
