Large package of documents expected to be signed during Xi Jinping’s state visit to Bishkek, Chinese Ambassador

Bishkek, May 2, 2019 / Kabar /. As part of the state visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Kyrgyzstan, a large package of documents is expected to be signed, Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Du Deven told at a press conference in Bishkek.
She noted that Xi Jinping's state visit is scheduled for mid-June, which will be held as part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Bishkek.
Du Deven said that before the arrival of the Chinese leader in Bishkek, high-level visits of the State Council members are being made.
"Last week, the Minister of Defense of China came to Bishkek. The visit of the Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China is yet to come. At each visit, documents are examined that will be raised as part of the state visit of Chairman Xi Jinping," she said.
The ambassador also drew attention to the fact that in the framework of the joint statement a large number of documents in different areas will be signed by the Chinese and Kyrgyz leaders.
In particular, the diplomat said that China is interested in projects in the field of infrastructure and welfare of the people in Kyrgyzstan, citing as an example opening of the hospital in Osh, where she took part in the opening ceremony.
