Sweet potato seedlings from South Korea to be planted in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Representatives of the South Korean company Ariil LLC met with director of the Department for Crop Expertise under the Ministry of Agriculture Taalaibek Aydaraliev. During the meeting, South Korean firm representatives told about the benefits of sweet potato and their plans to grow it in Kyrgyzstan.
The parties agreed to bring seedlings of sweet potato from Seoul to Kyrgyzstan and try to grow them in 3-4 regions of the country.
They also agreed to hold a training seminar on planting and growing sweet potatoes at the South Korean Agrarian Center in the Chui region on May 8.
