Bishkek hosts meeting of Secretaries of Security Council of SCO member states

Bishkek, May 15, 2019 / Kabar /. The XIV meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries is taking place at Ala-Archa state residence in Bishkek.
The signing ceremony of documents and a joint statement by Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan Damir Sagynbaev and SCO Secretary General Vladimir Norov are expected at the end of the meeting.
The participants of the meeting will meet with President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov.
List of participants:
- National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, Ajid Doval;
- Assistant to the President of Kazakhstan - Secretary of the Security Council Kalmukhanbet Kasymov;
- Minister of Public Security of China Zhao Kezhi;
- Zafar Iqbal, the responsible secretary of the National Security Division of Pakistan;
- Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolay Patrushev;
- Secretary of the Security Council of Tajikistan Mahmadali Vatanzoda;
- Secretary of the Security Council of Uzbekistan Viktor Makhmudov;
- Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan Damir Sagynbaev;
- SCO Secretary General Vladimir Norov;
- Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorism Structure (RATS) Jumahon Giesov.
It should be noted that this year Kyrgyzstan chairs the SCO.
