Kyrgyz and Slovak businessmen establish business ties

Bishkek, May 15, 2019. /Kabar/. The "Slovakia, your reliable partner for business and commerce" business forum was held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek. The event was organized by the CCI of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic and Ministry of Foreign and European affairs of Slovakia , the press service of the Kyrgyz CCI told Kabar News Agency.
The business meeting was aimed at establishing business relations between Slovak and Kyrgyz companies.
"At the moment the level of trade turnover between our countries remains low. While there is a huge potential for the development of trade and economic cooperation. Slovakia has a favorable geographical location in the center of Europe. There is political and economic stability in the country. According to expert’s data, Slovakia is the country with the fastest economic growth and the best conditions for doing business," Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Kyrgyzstan, Milan Kollar said.
The ambassador noted the industrial sector of the country, which ensures stable economic growth. According to his words, a special place in the country's industry is occupied by the automotive industry and the production of electronic equipment and businessmen from Slovakia are most interested in Kyrgyz organic products.
Participants agreed that this meeting will be the beginning of a further successful partnership. Representatives of the economic department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Slovakia showed their willingness to provide any kind of support to entrepreneurs who wish to learn more about Slovakia and, if necessary, organize a platform for business negotiations.
