Kyrgyz Ambassador Omuraliev meets with Turkish FM Cavusoglu

Bishkek, May 15, 2019 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz Ambassador to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the meeting took place on May 13.
During the meeting, Cavusoglu congratulated Omuraliev on the start of his diplomatic mission in Turkey and noted that the two countries are fraternal and friendly countries. Cavusoglu wished Ambassador Omuraliev success in his work and assured him of the personal support and assistance of the Turkish Foreign Ministry in his work.
The sides also stressed the need to continue the implementation of the agreements reached on the basis of mutual visits of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov to Ankara in April 2018 and the head of Turkey Recep Erdogan to Kyrgyzstan in September 2018.
Omuraliev and Cavusoglu also noted the fruitful work of the Joint Strategic Planning Group meeting held on May 7 during the visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov to Turkey on May 6-8 and the need to work together to implement the agreements reached as a result of this visit.
