New soft loans on low interest rates to given to Jalal-Abad entrepreneurs

Osh, May 16, 2019 / Kabar/. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan led by Deputy Minister Avtandil Alybayev met on May 15 with representatives of business communities in Jalal-Abad regional administration.
Deputy Minister Alybayev said that since May 3, the government has signed a new resolution on granting farmers and entrepreneurs preferential loans at 8 and 10 per cent. Preferential loans at 8 % will be granted only to farmers and businessmen who export products abroad. And those businessmen who are engaged in industrial processing activities, will be able to get preferential loans at 10%.
"If we help and support entrepreneurs and develop regions, more taxes will be paid to local budgets. A moratorium on inspections of business entities was introduced from 2019 to 2021. A guarantee fund, which becomes a guarantor for farmers and businessmen was created. In addition, recently the prime minister signed a decree on 4 types of tax on zero tax rate for new enterprises engaged in industrial activities," said the deputy minister.
Farmers and entrepreneurs asked representatives of the Ministry of Economy their questions, which were given exhaustive answers during the meeting.
