President familiarizes himself with Smart City and Safe City projects in Issyk-Kul Oblast

Bishkek, May 18, 2019. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov familiarized himself with the Smart City and Safe City projects in Balykchy within the framework of his two-day working trip to Issyk-Kul Oblast.
Almaz Mambetov, former Mayor of Balykchy and current Head of the State Registration Service, made a presentation on these projects, the President’s press service reported.
Within the framework of these measures, the works on inventory of municipal property are completed and a set of works on creation of the Automated Information System and inventory of municipal property on the basis of the Geographic Information System is started.
The Smart Polyclinic project will be implemented. The city polyclinic will implement the Electronic queue system and install equipment for the electronic queue.
The system of electronic diary will be introduced from the 2019-2020 academic year in the schools of the city, the social passport of the student will be created.
Electronic registration of complaints and business papers received by the Balykchy town Mayor’s Office will be introduced within the framework of the municipality project.

Jeenbekov reminding that the implementation of projects related to digitalization is the main requirement of the time noted the need to disseminate this and other projects on digitalization in all regions of the country.
