Turkish company plans to open resorts in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 27, 2019. /Kabar/. The Dogan Jeotermal Group Turkish company and the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republiс signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of development and use of geothermal sources.
According to the document, within the framework of the Memorandum the sides intend to consider the possibility of cooperation in the field of development and use of geothermal springs in Kyrgyzstan with the further organization of sanatorium treatment that meet international standards, with the introduction of best practices with the organization of production of pre-insulated pipes for hot and cold water supply, heating of residential premises, buildings from geothermal sources.
In case of implementation by the Turkish side the project on development and use of geothermal springs in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as production of pre-insulated pipes for hot and cold water supply, heating of residential premises, buildings, etc. from geothermal springs in the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Committee will assist within its competence for its implementation in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Kubanychbek Nurmatov, the Member of Parliament, Zamirbek Imanbekov, an expert at the secretariat of the Kyrgyzstan parliamentary faction, Erkin Abdykalykov, the Director General of Bishkekteploset OJSC as well as the employees of State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in the signing of the document.
