International Children's Day celebrated in Bishkek

Bishkek, June 1, 2019 / Kabar /. Celebrations of the International Children's Day are held throughout Bishkek city on June 1.
Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev, Mayor of the capital Aziz Surakmatov, Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Kosmosbek Cholponbaev visited the National Center for Maternity and Childhood Protection and congratulated children-patients on the holiday, the Bishkek Mayor's Office’s press service reported.
Head of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic Dosaly Esenaliev, Vice Mayor of Bishkek Tatyana Kuznetsova and UNICEF Head in the Kyrgyz, Republic Yukie Mokuo, Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Kochkorov came to congratulate the children on Old Square in Bishkek.
The official start of the national campaign against violence against children "Tumar" has been given.
The event was accompanied by the performance of 200 children-Manas narrators, 100 children-Komuz players and other folklore concerts.
The campaign's idea is to protect children from violence, including changing perceptions about child abuse, promoting and promoting the Child Code, including banning corporal punishment and informing parents about positive parenting. The campaign will last until the end of 2019. The main goal of the campaign is to collect half a million signatures for refusing to forcibly raise children and promote positive parenthood.
50 sites were opened for children with music and entertainment programs, interactive, national games, sports grounds with demonstration performances of young athletes, aquagrim, chess tournaments, toguz korgool, sports competitions in national and other sports, an exciting platform.
The holiday will end with a joint concert of famous pop stars and young artists of the centers of children's art, artistic and aesthetic music circles.
