Bishkek, June 6, 2019. /Kabar/. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi will pay official visit to Kyrgyzstan, Daniyar Sydykov, the Head of the foreign policy department of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic told during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He noted that the visit will take place after the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit.
"This is the first international visit of Narendra Modi since his re-election as Prime Minister of India. Therefore, the sides paid special attention to the visit. Within the framework of the visit, negotiations will be held in narrow and extended formats," he said.
In addition Sydykov noted that holding of Kyrgyz-Indian business forum and textile exhibition are planned.
"Kyrgyzstan and India will adopt a joint declaration on strategic development. Besides, 20 bilateral documents will be signed. We believe that following the official visit between Kyrgyzstan and India the relationship will reach a new level of quality," he added.
The National Democratic Alliance coalition led by Bharatiya Janata Party of Narendra Modi gained over 340 seats and won an election of India, thus Modi was re-elected as Prime Minister of India for the second time.
