Entrepreneurs importing Kyrgyz agricultural products exempt from taxes

Bishkek, June 7, 2019. /Kabar/. Entrepreneurs who sell agricultural products (fruits, vegetables, etc.) to Kazakhstan and other countries are exempt from VAT, sales, profit and property taxes.
Dastan Kadyrov, the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic said that according to the Tax Code of the country the following requirements are made:
- activity should be aimed at the sale of domestic agricultural products and products of its processing;
- entrepreneurs should own or use land plots with production, administrative, warehouse and other buildings, premises and facilities located on them, intended for sorting, calibration, storage, marking, packing, transportation, processing of agricultural produce and its products.
