Turkey’s Foreign Ministry presents Kyrgyz ambassador response note of protest

Bishkek, June 10, 2019. /Kabar/. Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkey Sedat Onal presented response note of protest to Kyrgyz Ambassador to Ankara Kubanychbek Omuraliyev, Anadolu reported with reference to its own sources.
According to Anadolu, the note said that Turkish ambassador to Kyrgyzstan was fulfilling his duties and did not interfere in the internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Earlier, the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry presented protest note to the Turkish side in connection with the presence of Ambassador Cengiz Kamil Firat during the work of Kyrgyz law enforcement and local authorities with the population to settle the domestic conflict between citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, on June 5 in Orok village, Sokuluk region.
Later, on June 6, 2019 Ambassador Cengiz Kamil Firat was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The ministry asked the ambassador of Turkey not to interfere in the internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, to show restraint and respect for the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of conflict on in Orok village on May 5 , two people were hospitalized. The relatives of the beaten and dissatisfied villagers began orgnized riots. During the riots, several houses and cars were damaged, a barn was burned, 32 people were detained, after 31 were released, one was detained.
