Deputy PM Razakov participates in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

Bishkek, June 10, 2019. /Kabar/. Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jenish Razakov took part in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Razakov participated in solemn opening ceremony of the forum and in the plenary session with the participation of President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the Government’s press service reported.
In addition, Razakov spoke at the "Eurasian Economic Union. Strategy for the Future" panel discussion, during which the signing of the Agreement on the exchange of information on goods and vehicles of international transportation moved across the customs borders of the Eurasian Economic Union and the People's Republic of China took place, and spoke at the event "Investment Cooperation: Development and Integration", organized by the European Development Bank.
In the framework of the forum, Razakov met with Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Than at the initiative of the Qatari side.
The sides discussed topical issues of Kyrgyz-Qatari cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as the work of the bilateral intergovernmental commission.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) an annual Russian business event for the economic sector, which has been held in St. Petersburg since 1997, and under the auspices of the Russian President since 2005 . The Forum brings together the chief executives of major Russian and international companies, heads of state, political leaders, prime ministers, deputy prime ministers, departmental ministers, and governors.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2019 was held on June 6-8.
