General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan warns of unlawful rallies

AKIPRESS.COM - The General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan has warned that the law enforcement bodies will continue suppressing illegal protests and take the necessary measures to stop demonstrations.
The message also noted that the General Prosecutor's Office has repeatedly warned of unlawful rallies in the country. However, some civilians were provoking and attacking the police officers refusing to obey the lawful demands.
"They endangered life and health of others, women and children. In this regard, law enforcement bodies took measures aimed at preserving public security and protection of citizens. Meanwhile, no weapons were used to the demonstrators," the report reads.
The offenders were arrested and will be subjected to administrative liability.
