Chairman of anti-corruption service of Kazakhstan appointed

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree on appointment of Alik Shpekbayev as Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Akorda press service reported.
Shpekbayev was born on July 4, 1957 in Almata region and graduated from the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Tokayev has recently renamed the National Bureau of Anti-Corruption of Kazakhstan into the Anti-Corruption Agency. The Agency for Public Service and Anti-Corruption was renamed into the Agency for Civil Services.
The President also appointed Anar Zhailganov as Chairman of the Agency for Civil Services.
