Bishkek Declaration adopted following SCO Summit

Bishkek, June 14, 2019. /Kabar/. The Bishkek Declaration of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was signed following the meeting of the SCO Summit.
In addition, the SCO heads of state have signed the following documents:
- Decision on Approval the Work Plan (2019-2020) for the realization of the paragraphs of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Anti Drug Strategy of the SCO Member States for 2018-2023;
- Decision on Approval the Regulation of the Forum of Heads of Regions of the SCO Member States;
- Decision on Approval of the Concept of Cooperation of SCO Member States in Digitalization and Information and Communication Technologies;
- Decision on Approval of the Development Program of Interregional Cooperation of the SCO Member States;
- Decision on Approval the Report of the SCO Secretary-General on the activities of the Organization over the past year;
- Decision on Approval the Report of the Council of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) on the Activities of the SCO RATS in 2018;
- Decision on Approval the Action Plan for the implementation of the Cooperation Concept of the SCO Member States in environmental protection for the period 2019-2021;
- Decision on Signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Issues;
- Decision on Signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the UNWTO;
- Decision on Signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the Astana International Financial Centre;
- Decision on Signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization;
- Decision on Signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the UN Secretariat of European Economic Commission;
- Decision on Signing the SCO-Afghanistan Contact Group's Roadmap for Further Action;
- Information message on the results of the meeting of the SCO Summit (adopted without signing).
A government officials of the SCO member states also have signed the following documents:
- Agreement between the Governments of the SCO Member States on cooperation in mass media;
- Agreement between the authorized bodies of the SCO member states on cooperation in physical culture and sport;
- Plan of main measures to develop cooperation among the SCO member states in the health for 2019-2021;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the UNWTO;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Issues;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the SCO Secretariat and the Astana International Financial Centre;
- Roadmap for further action of the SCO-Afghanistan Contact Group.
