Uzbekistan, Afghanistan Attorneys General sign cooperation MoU

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbek Attorney General received delegation from Afghanistan led by Afghan Attorney General Mohammad Farid Hamidi to discuss cooperation issues by establishing professional contacts and expansion of legal basis.
They also discussed training of prosecution employees of Afghanistan at the Academy of the Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan.
The signing of a memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Attorney General of Uzbekistan and Attorney General of Afghanistan became a culmination of the meeting.
"Implementation of this document will give a powerful momentum to development of bilateral cooperation through the exchange of information and best practices in the legal field," the Uzbek Attorney General's Office said.
