AKIPRESS.COM - Orozbek Opumbayev was appointed Chairman of the National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan by President on June 18. Previously, Opumbayev was the first deputy chairman of the National Security Committee and interim head of the Committee.
The post became vacant after Idris Kadyrkulov resigned on May 15.
