Kyrgyzstan to export raw meat to leading Russian food retailer

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan will send its first batch of raw meat to Russia for the X5 Retail Group leading Russian food retailer the next week, Kyrgyz Agriculture Minister Erkinbek Choduyev said.
"We have a memorandum with theX5 Retail Group," he said.
He also reminded that Kyrgyzstan already exports its dairy products to buffer zone in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
"During Chinese President Xi Jingping's visit, a protocol on export of dairy products from Kyrgyzstan to China after inspection was signed," he added.
X5 Retail Group is a leading Russian food retailer. The Company operates several retail formats: proximity stores under the Pyaterochka brand, supermarkets under the Perekrestok brand and hypermarkets under the Karusel brand.
