President Tokayev says high-quality legislative support needed for reforms in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Speaker of the Mazhilis Nurlan Nigmatulin on June 19, Akorda press service reported. The head of state was infoermed about the current activities of the Mazhilis and the results of legislative work.
He also touched the issues of preparations of the Parliament for the IV meeting of speakers of the Eurasian parliaments, which will be held on September 23-24 in the city of Nur-Sultan.
Tokayev ordered the Mazhilis to increase the quality of legislative support for the reforms carried out in the country and timely adopt the draft laws.
Upon conclusion, several instructions were given to the Parliament.
