"Who gave you permission to sit down?" Vice Speaker reprimands official reporting on ratification of agreement with EBRD

AKIPRESS.COM - Vice Speaker of Parliament Mirlan Bakirov reprimanded an official delivering a report on ratification of the loan agreement between Kyrgyzstan and EBRD for rehabilitation of water supply systems in Myrza-Ake, Den Bulak and Kurshab villages.
Deputy Director of the State Agency of Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Mirbek Akmataliyev was delivering a report at the parliament on June 26.
"Who gave you a permission to take a seat? Answer questions while standing. Or ask for permission to sit down," Bakirov told Akmataliyev.
Akmataliyev stood up and returned to the microphone.
After a while, Bakitov asked his colleagues to allow Akmataliyev to sit down, nobody was against.
