28th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s Rescue Service celebrated solemnly in Osh

Osh, July 1, 2019 /Kabar/. A solemn event dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the formation of the Rescue Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Emergency Situations took place in the central square of Osh city.
Osh Mayor Taalaibek Sarybashov, Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan Nurbolot Mirzakhmedov, Chairman of the Osh city council Zhaparbek Ormonov, Deputy Governor of Osh Oblast Baiysh Yusupov, representatives of the Internal Ministry, veterans of the Emergency Ministry and invited guests congratulated rescuers of Kyrgyzstan.
"I would like to express my gratitude for the united and conscientious work in prevention and elimination of emergency situations, for the selfless work in saving lives, for the provision of prompt assistance to victims of natural and man-made disasters," Mayor Sarybashev said in his congratulatory speech.
A number of employees of the Emergency Ministry were awarded diplomas and letters of thanks from the Osh Mayor's Office and the Osh city council for conscientious performance of their duties. A solemn parade of personnel and specialized equipment of the Emergency Ministry were held at the end of the celebrations.
Over 28 years of work, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic has carried out significant work to strengthen dams, houses, and employees of the ministry have participated in many rescue, liquidation, reconstruction and humanitarian activities, and saved the lives of thousands of people.
Today, on July 1, Kyrgyzstan celebrates the 28th anniversary of the Rescue Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Situations.
